extra heavy duty 1995 3500 4X4?

Im looking at buying a 1995 Dodge 3500 4X4 dually, This thing seems WAY heavier than the regular 1 ton duallies Ive seen, the front end looks massive, even the frame looks beefier. Did Dodge make a 'super duty' 3500 in 1995?
thanks

Still have a build sticker under the hood? Mine has the axle combos and ratings on the sticker. I would start there.

The cab and chassis models had a straight front axle i think they were rated about #1000 heavier .... i did read somewhere that the only difference between the 1 tons and the 3/4s was the dually axle ... they had the same frame and leaf springs... buy adding two extra tires the rating whent from 8800 to 10500 #

They are ALL straight front axle. SWR (camper packeage) and DWR had the same springs.

The Cab and chassis had a solid front axle in 2wd models as well, whereas the pickups got the IFS.

I'm still dealing with this truck, It's extremely heavy duty lots of leaf springs & airbag suspension. Im thinking of putting a dump box on it. Its had a hard life in the forests of B.C. Its been in a accident & needs a front fender etc. 162,000kms on it, whats this beast worth?
