is there any way to know delivery valve size in an 8.3 ,250 hp cummins without taking it apart?

 

Do you have the Bosch number of the pump ? I might be able to give you an hand on this..

The CPL plate should have the required info for a Cummins dealer to tell you what dv's are in the pump.

 

You'r right CTD, but with the Bosch number i will able to give him the infos he wants, but i can't do nothing with the CPL..

Here's you info...

The Bosch part number is 2 418 559 009 for the DVs in this pump, are they bigger than " 181's or 191's ", i can't tell you.. You can give it a try by swaping them into your pump..
