#5 plate in a 97?

Any of the more experienced guys want to tell me what the output would be?

I'm not installing one, but I talked to a guy who had 370's with this plate and didn't do too well on a dyno.

Just out of curiosity, what were his numbers? I have a #5 plate but have yet to install it.
