3K spring nut

Do you get higher RPM fueling when the nut is adjusted tighter or when the nut is backed off....

NO, if its too tight it will idle very high, if its too loose it wont idle at all. That's why you shim the two inner springs, the biggest ( outside) is the idle spring.
