12v fuel shut off
so on my 94 2500 my fuel shut off solenoid was missing a bolt mounting bolt so in got toasted when it went out so did my alternator so I replaced both my batteries now will charge but my fuel shut off solenoid won’t engage and I have to manually push the spring up to get my truck to start did I just mess up my calibration or is it a wiring problem

Sounds like the FSS is getting old.
Take it off and lube it up so it works smoother.
If that doesn't work it may be time for a new one.

Your FSS won't pull up when you are cranking the engine? If cleaning/lubing like Oliver suggested doesn't work, then check the wire for the pull-coil and see if there is voltage coming from the FSS relay when in crank mode. If you have voltage coming from the FSS relay in crank mode, then the pull-coil on your FSS is dead.
