So long story short I replaced the injection pump in my 12 valve (p7100) with
A new one from schied diesel. It has 5000 rmo springs 035 delivery valves and a
Adjustable fuel plate. So I got the new pump installed on my truck and can seem to figure out what's wrong it's running with a huge lope like it has a huge cam in it the odd time it will smooth it's self out for a brief moment then continue. When I go to rev it up it pops and farts and doesn't rev up. If it push the throttle slightly so it go from 800 to 900 rpm the truck smooths out but the once I start going higher the 900 rpm it starts running rough again. When I drive it if I take it easy in first and second it pops and farts but then shift to 3rd and runs a lot better but still not right. And if I step on it it runs fine but doesn't have near the power it should and just blows tones of black. Any suggestions haha

 

My bet is the timing is way off.
