Does anyone know how to turn up the idle on a 95 12 valve with the p7100 pump on it?

 

I would also like to know but to idle down.

You got that right!!

 

That's because many times the reason the idle has gone low is due to a notch being worn into the adjustment bolt from the bell crank hammering on it.
Just a quarter turn lets the crank hammer on a new part of the bolt.
