Ya the head was ported/polished, o-ringed, 6 new intake valves and heavy duty valve springs. Its been apart for along time! its gonna feel good to drive her again. Although I guess I can't complain too much about the 05 3500 CTD I've been driving

o-ring is where you machine the head and insert a wire into the head. fire-ringing is where you machine the head and the block and insert a fire ring (a fire ring is the ring you see around the cylinders on a head gasket) Im pretty sure when you fire ring an engine you cut the fire ring out of the head gasket

Make sure the vent hole with the check valve is situated correctly.
When you install the new gasket be sure the stepped end is installed into the thermostat housing. It seals the thermostat to the housing.
#3923331 is the number, sorry for the focus.
When you reinstall the 3 mounting bolts, be sure to use some anti seize or at least good grease on the threads so they don't break when you try to remove them in the future.
