Had a problem last week with my truck, stopped to fill up and the thing would not shut off. Know this is a problem with the 12 valve trucks but have never heard of it on a 24. I had to pop the clutch to get it to die. It has not done it since but it makes me a little nervous. Any ideas? ECU? Have an Airtex lift pump on it.

fuel injection pump relay may have stuck closed. Injection pump only needs a power supply and ground to operate. Try another relay if it does it again.
