01 no power 45-55mph

have 01 when cold no power from 45-55mph but rpm raises dealer thinks inj pump and lift pump runs fine when temp goes up

pull codes. if you dont have a code reader than do the 3 cycle key trick. post up if you have any codes. anything else. do you have gauges? EGT's boost ?
any smoke. Fuel pressure gauge? reading?
