Exclamation Help, 06 3500 no front turn signal or hazzard

Long story short, my buddys 06 3500 Dodge lost the drivers side turn signal, front ONLY, rear works, dash fast blinks like a light is out, tested light, fine, no power to plug. I cna't find a fuse for turn signals, dealer is no help , 2100 miles on truck and since he put a plow on it's the plows fault. I pulled the plow light harness off, still don't work. I there a relay or 2nd fuse panel for the flashers.
TIA
Bliz

Sounds simular to the problems we are having with trailer wiring. There is only one fuse block on '06's if there isn't a fuse for something it is controlled thru the circuit board under the fuses. It is supposed to have self resetting circuit breakers on it, but we are finding out that they are not functioning like they are supposed to and frying that board. This is the first I have heard of a snowplow causing it though. Did this truck have the factory snowplow prep package? If you add anything to an '06 I would put my own fusing on it. I would go back to the dealer and get the number for the area service rep. Do some research on the subject Look for TIPM (totally integrated power module) or IPM (integrated power module) also PM me with a phone number and I'll give you as much info as I can on the subject, I probably know about as much as any owner out there about what is going on. I did get mine replaced under warranty after a bit of a fight.
