I hope you have gotten this figured out. I have been studying water/meth for about 4 months now. I got alot of time to waste out here on deployment. The SNOW kits are supposed to be simple and user friendly. Although I have not installed a kit, YET, I strongly recommend you check all of your wiring. If you only used a half a gallon on one fuel tank then I think you have something set up wrong. Also, based on my research, John_P is totally right. These kits are in great need of proper tuning. You have to be willing to spend the time tuning it and do not get frustrated, you will eventually get it right. You might have the wrong adjustments. You said that there are 2 dials, one for boost and one for PSI. Isn't that the same thing. From my research I though SNOW's kit had boost settings and then seperate settings for EGT's. Maybe I am wrong but thats what I have read. Also, make sure your nozzles are facing the correct direction and that your boost port is not in the middle like I have seen some people do. That can cause impropper readings.
Anyway, keep us posted.

You have your injection coming on too soon more than likely. I too run the Stage 2 and have been slowly dialing it in. Not so much right now being as it's getting winter time. I have mine kick on around 22 psi, and full on around 45 or 50...I can't remember.
Next season I will start tuning it again, bringing full on down more without "putting out the flame" or having it surge.
If you did not adjust the two dials from when you first opened the box, those settings will be way too low (if I remember right).
