Never seen one. You gonna have the shotgun give you the gauge readouts?? They would be pretty hard to monitor while driving over there.

I installed the above mirror type and loved it for the 4 months or so that it lasted. Its in a great, logical location. You are used to glancing up there and focusing anyway. The thermocouple's power module (whatever it's called) sits above the passenger headliner, which pulls down easy. The thermocouple wire came through the passenger side firewall and up the passenger side A post, the fuel and boost came through the driver's side firewall and up the driver's side A post. Everything fit nicely.

Right after I installed it in late April or early May last year, we drove up to Alaska from CA, up through BC and YT. Six weeks, beautiful drive, down through YT, BC, AB, Montana, and back to CA. About 10k miles. The pod above the mirror was flawless.

Now, the down side. The temps here in CA occasionally get into the high 90's and up to about 104 (111 this year). The sun beats down on the black dotted area above the rear view mirror where the black plastic pod lives. The stickum that holds the velcro to the windshield and to the pod began to slip and wouldn't hold any longer. In fact, when I finally took it down, I could see where the plastic pod was beginning to deform from the heat.

Geno's had worked with me to re-stick the pod on the windshield, but it didn't seem to matter how clean the windshield was or how long I allowed the stickum to cure without the stress of weight (several days, one time), it just couldn't take the heat.

Geno was great, sent me a Driver's side triple guage pod for my troubles. I installed that. I don't like it as much as I don't like looking that way naturally and it seems to be a different focal lenght for my eyes (getting older). I also lost the grab handle but that isn't to much of a loss.

But, that is what I have now and I'll stick with it. I can't imagin sticking guages over where the war department would have to read them. Keep them on my side where I believe they belong.

thanks for all the input. i already have the driver side A pillar mount, but im wanting to add more gauges. still dont know what all yet other than for sure a fuel pressure. i was also thinking about some others. maybe another trans temp that would go in an aftermarket pan. does anyone have anymore gauges that they would install?

also the passenger would be great IMO for some of the ones you dont need to be monitoring all the time. if i put the FP over there i would probably have the red LED also to alert me if immediate action is required...

thanks

have you thought about the gauge mounts on the steering column?

Priceless

Hell I just cut a hole in the seat put my guage right in. No mounts, bolts or screws. Works great!!! I put a guage right between my legs so I can see it better. Also try the back head rests and a mirror, more guages in more places...priceless
