Side by side gauge pod

http://dtw.truckmoxie.com/showowner...-n-137781-pos-1

This link shows a custom a-piller jobber with two gauges and a handle. It is real close to what I have been thinking, but put the second gauge to the outside...close to the mirror. There is no visability there anyways because of the mirror backing. I wish we could find somebody to make a run of these for a decent price. They would be the ticket for the two gauge dudes.

Link doesn't work for me, but if it's what I'm thinking then I agree with you 100%. Something like the SRT-10 pillar mount but with two side by side gauges instead of just the one.

I have asked a couple vendors that we talk to all the time...one said he does not have the money to invest to start the project. The other did not like my idea. I have a link to where we could have them built, but I would need 60 commited.

I wouldn't think it would be hard to get 60 commits around here. I'd buy one if they could make it look factory (and if the price was right).

I assume you saw this one in the other thread on this forum:

I like that one....but like others said, I'm afraid it may cause a blind spot. Maybe not though. I'd be willing to try it if I knew who made it.

If the guys whom manufactured that one would just relocate the right guage to the lower left...it would be perfect. JR Custom Auto or something like that in Irving, TX. The number is 1 888 556 7000...if any one could call. I am stuck in a meeting for a while.

That looks great, I would buy it if I didn't already have the sr-10 pillar.

I already have the SRT-10 pillar, but if they moved those to the left to reduce that blind spot, I'd buy one.

I could probably fiberglass one of those up if I had an SRT-10 pillar to start with.

I think it would be easier to do just the bolt on style that straddles the OEM piller. Like the DPPI single guage a-pillar style.

I would buy one of those in a heart beat, but you guys are right, it would be even better if the bottom pod were the one offset to the right.

I was thinking of using an autometer steering wheel pod too...but would much rather toss my SRT for a two pod combo like we have been describing. Anyone have the time to make the call to the number above?

i would buy one if they moved both the gauges to the left, closer to the door. there's enough room to move them.
