Smarty tuning questions.....
Let me start off by saying that all the differant settings on the Sr. have me a little nervous but with a little help from you guys i should be in great shape...Thanks in Advance so here is the question:
What would be a good place to start for mileage/seat-o-the pants meter on the Sr. with Revo tunes? I am not sure where to start & have read on here that you can really tear your tranny up if you TM is not set properly. I dont feel like spending any more $$ on my tranny @ this point in time. Also, would it be ok to haul lighter loads say in the 5-7k range. Thanks again for any advice in getting this set-up properly.

To save the tranny don't go over 1 or 2 on the TM (torque management) setting.
For best mileage, go with highest timing you can run. As far as the power level settings, it is different truck to truck. I have always had my best mileage between sw 5-7 on most smarty tunes. But that is just me, others report sw 1... sw9... get the picture?
You can run whatever load you like if you are not mashing the pedal hard all the time!

is TM 1 less torque management( closer to factory setting ) than 2 or is it the other way around... i have read some posts saying the numerically the #`s are backwards ...ie. 1 is more 3 is less type of thing.
Thanks

You are looking at the timing which is "3 is less than 2" but on regular Revo, 4 is the most...
On TM, 1 is most, or mildest, 4 is least, or wildest--- 4 is hardest on tranny.
