high idle

Hey someone had a thread on here earlier regarding the high idle feature. I talked with the dealer and he said all I had to do was put the cruise on, have it in park with the e-brake set and hit set and it would enable. I tried it and it does nothing. Do I need to have them program it or anything.

Depending on what region your truck was purchased in, the feature may not be "enabled".

All of the newer trucks have it as part of the ECM program, they must be turned on or off via the dealer.
Do a search.
