winter fronts

I have two 06 CTD's and was wondering if anyone here in AB uses winter fronts? If so, where would I get them around the Edmonton area?

Dodge made a really nice one for the 3rd gens. That has the option of opening it up for the warmer days out. It covers the whole front end of truck. Now I am not sure if they are still making it because of the release of the 4th gen trucks. But some dealers might have some extras if they got discontinued, Hopefully not. They are a bit pricey but sounds like everybody that has one is very pleased with it. If I remember correct they are about $170 bucks.

Here is an alternative. Good price too and for the shipping and duty would still be a deal..

Winter Fronts

I bought my genuine Mopar winter front for $105 from Mopar Parts Store (moparpartsstore.com).
You must buy it on line, but don't go for the "UPS Expidited Shipping ($97.15) if you want it shipped to Canada. Call Bruce's toll free number (1-800-657-0794) and talk to Bruce. Bruce will ship it US Postal Service to your address in Canada which will cost $25-$30. No taxes or duty either - comes right to your mailbox.
It's a good quality product too - easy to install and use. "2 thumbs up for this product and for rampartsstore!"

I have one of these Mopar winter fronts that I've never used that I would consider selling if anyone needs one.
I had forgotten that I had it since I rarely drive my truck in the winter the last few years.

It's the genuine Mopar one, brand new, never used, black, velcro flaps, p/n 82208646 for 2003-2009 Dodge Cummins.

I even have the original receipt & instructions.

I can post up pics of the one I have but it's identical to the one in these pics:

It's a really nice cover, not really sure I want to sell it but I will let it go for a reasonable price.

PM me for more details... Joe

That is so much money for those pieces. If you are still hunting a deal talk a gas station out of some of their old signs. The material is usually a plastic shaped like cardboard inside. It has been holding up nicely for me, stuck between the radiator and the intercooler. It has helped retain heat very well.
