Roxxx - let us know how it tastes. I have known about turducken for years but it has always scared me a bit because duck can be so greasy.

I am the same I have Known About them for years and always tried to convince someone else into cooking one ........ LOL nope .
When I was at the Store they had sold 5 since we had phoned and they had people back in buying Gravy even . I am guessing they are Good .
I will be Putting the Turducken on tomorrow morning . It Cooks at 200 Degrees till the internal temp is 170. Kinda like making Smoked Brisket Low and slow .
Fingers crossed it turns out awesome
