U joints

Does any one know any part numbers for u joints on a 2003 Ram 4x4 diesel. My old ones are toast, drive shaft is out of the truck, the ones I bought are two small. If any one has the after market part numbers for any NAPA, ACDelco etc be appreiciated. Thanks

Front driveshaft? Rear driveshaft?

Just go to www.napaparts.com and you can see all of the part numbers. Enter in your truck info and search. They sell Precision U joints (they start with PUJ in the part numbers) and that is what I run.

Sorry rear drive shaft, and auto.
The local NAPA store gave me some UJN2-0053 u joints. Of course they are incorrect.

Go to www.rockauto.com
They stock ALL U joints for our trucks and they are cheap too!

Rock Auto carries Precision and AC Delco.

***Not affiliated with Rockauto in anyway (other than buying from them!)

This was a post that I copied a couple of years ago for my 03:
""If you want to install some good greasable joints go to napa and ask for a 351A precision U joint.
Its the same part for all 3 rear u joints on the 6 speed regardless of single or dual wheel status.""

I have not changed mine so I cant say for certain that the above info is correct. Maybe somebody else can say for certain about the part number.

I heated mine a bit, and pressed them out with a ball joint press. Indeed they can be a bugger.
