Hey Mike, Just though I'd post up and let you know I got the new shifter. The +10* is ALOT more comfortable for me. Great Job thanks!

B100 Bio Diesel Fuel in 55g Drums.
I working on a deal with a customer of mine in Houston. They sell Racing fuels and additives.
They are liquidating their inventory and are selling drums of B100, Canola oil based biodiesel.

If I can get enough interest to justify a trip down there, the price, DELIVERED, will be $120.00 a 55g Drum. That's $2.18 a gallon... no tax.... shipping included! Save $.50 a gallon under pump price.
If enough interest, the price will be less, as I built in enough to cover the expenses of the trip. I'm not making any profit... just getting myself some bio diesel fuel.

I need commitments to take five more drums! Anyone interested. Need to know today or ASAP!

I will provide a 2.5 gal., large mouthed jug with each drum. Just syphon out a jug full before you fill up!
- 2.5g B100 to each 25 gallon fill up gives you B10 diesel fuel.
- B10 diesel or higher gives excellent lubricity and surperior engine cleaning. Actually as little as B05 does a great job.

Let me know if interested.

RJ

Well I got my latest Blackstone Labs report back yesterday.

If you remember I went to East Texas over New Year's weekend and found oil/fuel all under my truck and my crankcase overfull......7.5 gallons diesel/oil mix came out. I don't know how long it had been running that way. Due to lots of various reasons, I had to use my truck to get to Nacogdoches and then to get home....so I drove roughly 60 miles and changed my oil again and again...total of 4 times one day....draining and refilling with fresh rotella....but leaving the oil filter.

Blackstone report said the engine is fine. In 1200 miles my oil sample had 7ppm of iron, 1ppm copper, 1ppm aluminum, 1ppm tin, 0 on the other wear metals and 9.6 TBN. There is no fuel in the oil.

Im relieved to say the least that it apparently didn't do any internal engine damage (bearings etc.). Naturally I will be doing another oil sample at my normal 5K intervals to follow up.

Engine seems to be running strong, so I think I caught in it time.

If I had a place to store it, I'd be all over the B100.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a place here in dallas to get a gooseneck plate installed. I would do this myself but dont have the tools here, and my next trip home is packed tights and I have to pick up two trucks when I get there. Dont want to waste a day making and installing the plate.

Your timing is impeccable - I'd like more than one drum... I'll try to call you with a few questions ASAP (busy taking advantage of this weather).

I'm selling the GN plate of my '98 (replaced it with a B&W turnover ball hitch) - I'll give you a good price on it - we could also install it for you if you like... we're north Dallas almost to OK.

I got Jason for one or two, depending on what we need for the quota...

Dont forget about this: [URL="https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/lubricity-additive-study-results-t194481.html?&highlight=additive"] https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/lubricity-additive-study-results-t194481.html?&highlight=additive/URL] and that was at 2% IIRC

Where does that put us # wise?

If Jason takes one, we are down to three more needed to get to minimum.
Maybe two (have Justin as a maybe).

Mike says more than one so looks like done deal, maybe??
Mike, Call asap to comfirm! Need decisions from anyone interested by noon tomorrow!
If we have enough interest, pick up is THIS Saturday.

I'll pay for them and we can settle up on delivery.

Guys this is my last weekend of Bachelorhood........since 11 years ago. Next weekend Jana and I will be getting married on the Royal Carribean "Voyager of the Seas" cruise ship in Galveston before setting sail on our honeymoon to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica. This is a real small private wedding (10 people)..........so please don't be offended that none of you were invited.

This is our 2nd wedding each....and first Cruise each. We wanted the ceremony simple, yet romantic.

I guess im joining the ranks of Brian, Mike, and Justin for DTR #8 member weddings in the past year or so...

Im look forward to introducing Jana to you all in the next month or two.

Congratulations... another one bites the dust!

Geez, I'd get married again just to go on the cruise - right now cold drinks & hot women sound pretty good.

Dropped off a few drums in FF. Have 5 in the bed to swap to RJ and 2 more in the trailer (one for me in Grapevien and one for Jason in Little Elm...)

RJ, I've been working non-stop since I got back from that trip... Meet up after work one day this week? Tomorrow? Doesn't really matter to me, just let me know.

Have a 50/50 mix in the 96, ran great Amy even commented on how the exhaust smelled better (Just wanted to try it... plan on mixing B10-B20) Tractors and such will prolly run a couple drums for the B100 until those barrels are dry this summer)

Never tried 50/50. Did you notice any differences, maybe in idle (96 doesn't like to idle, right) .....

I'll call you tomorrow, after I check weeks schedule.
