December GTG at the Shop!
I haven't been to Yellowknife, only been half way (A few miles into the Canadian border is still half way to Yellowknife from here). I've been through Saskatchewan, Alberta, and BC (just the lower 50 miles though). I liked the mountains and the scenery in the Western half of Alberta. Saskatchewan reminded me of West Texas for flat, but you also have to take into consideration, it has been a long time since I've been there, my memory from being 11 isn't great.

You need to go visit your Aunt!!!
..
Happy B-Day guys!!
Have about 200 miles on the truck with the new pump... So far things are gonig pretty good... running great for the most part, maybe now that Dan is older and wiser he can track down me a plate!
I have a bit of a lope at idle, guessing from the lines or tubes, may try a stock set of tubes to see if it goes away... Had a pretty good oil leak that ended up being a loose timing window nut thing... Forgot to tighten it down.. Almost lost it!!
RPMs are a tad too hesitant to drop after getting off the throttle, going to back off on the GSK nuts a click and see if that helps
Ready for some more fuel! Been holding off jacking with the plate til I get one with a different profile... only have enough fuel for about 45psi of boost right now, but man does she drive and tow nice... Almost hate to jack with it...
Holy moly can it rev fast!! My vp(S) never could get the revs up that fast?!?! Dont really know the reasoning for that?
Hmmm what else... Adjusted the valves, and rececked the timing to make sure it didn't slip.. holding at 15.75* best I can tell... reverified my TDC mark as well using the overadjusted valve method... matched my dial indicator mark within a 1/16" on the dampener
Think that is it.... Having fun so far!
