Sitting here in Boston, freezing, watching 'A Christmas Story' for the second time this season.

My daughter hasn't changed since High School. Up all night gaming and texting friends.
I got her up at 8 am for X-mass and presents... but she's back in bed now.

Hope everyone got what they wanted for Christmas!

Robert, Good for you! I learned a long time ago, if you want to be sure you get something you really want, buy yourself a present.
But, I must be doing it wrong! All I got myself was a "Got Diesel" T-Shirt from Genos.

With the economy in the tank, thought I would share a quote from Benjamin Franklin, that I read in the Boston Globe yesterday.
"At times like these, it is worth remembering ..... there have always been times like these."

See you all next year!

RJ

Merry Christmas Rowland!! I think you are right about the buying your own gift.... My Christmas is still yet to come....my ex is bringing Jared to me later today so we can present him with his new Dell Laptop. My Christmas is really seeing him get his!

But, speaking of Christmas for myself......The things I want for Christmas I would never expect anybody to buy.....$$. Im sure for us.....as parents....the days of receiving more than we give are long past gone.. That is the way it is supposed to be....and so it goes.

Well, back online after the Christmas world tour (ok, so it was just two states).

I did discover a note to be added for the next fuel tank I work on. I need to tighten the ring on top more...discovered a small leak today after filling to the top. But it is nice to have the gauge back. Dallas - Giddings - Houston - Dallas roundtrip and I never had to guess whether I needed to stop for a fillup.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas and is prepped and ready for a new year.
