Who makes best undercarriage in small TT
Shoe,
There are three types of frames used under the smaller lite trailers. They are the box or closed frame, the "C" frame and the stamped steel frame. The first two are good frames, but try and stay away from the stamped, they flex real bad and most only have a 1/2" to 5/8" floor board and that is all there is to the main support of the trailer. The Mfr's do this to save weight and money.
Don't know if you can look at one over in CT, if you can, look at a Rainier. We sell them at the RV dealer I work for and they are well built with very little come back maintenance.
