undercarriage painting

I am using a cup brush to remove rust from my undercarriage. Is there a 1 step paint that converts rust, thats not UV sensitive? That stays black. I want to be able to go from cup brushing it to wiping it down to paint and be done. All the stuff i am looking at i.e. por-15, chassis saver, etc. Needs a top coat or it turns charcoal grey. What about a good implement paint? Also i ordered some metal ready from por-15. Has anyone ever used this? Do you just spray it on and let it sit then wipe it off? My plan here is 1) use the cup brush to remove all the loose rust. 2) wipe with the metal ready 3) Paint once. If i use the metal ready it should be ready for paint, correct? This truck is not driven anymore so the weather, sun, etc. is not a factor.

Thanks,

Dan

From what I've read Por-15 is about the best stuff you can get for frame/metal restoration. I would be afraid to use the cup/brush method and probably consider it safer than spraying it on. I thought once you clean and apply the final coat of por-15 it bonds w/the metal and is the final process, no painting necessary. Not sure if it comes in other than black.
