Trailer Brake Controller Question

I have a older controller that looks like it plugs into a factory harness under the dash. 99 2500, it came with the tow package if that helps. I am not getting power to the controller.

Questions

Should I have power to the controller with the key on?

Where should I check if so because I do not. Fuse?

Only looks like 4 wires coming out of the controller.

I am towing my Jeep Sat and would like them to work but they have not in the past so it is not the end of the world at this point just hate things not working.

controller should have power all the time

the main power box under the hood should have a fuse or a relay cant remember that says trailer

power, ground, trailer feed, and input from brake pedal

make sure you have the wireharness wired correctly to the brake controller

It worked before and now it does not. I am loaded for Sat already with the Jeep. I'll have to figure it out next week.

I was hoping that it was a fuse or something gone bad.
