How are your air bags inflated? Are the bags inflated together(one fill line) or seperate? If you use one line to fill both bags...when you push(sway) one direction you add pressure to the other bag and thus exaggerate the problem. Use two lines and fill each bag separately.
Just on idea

I have 2 fill lines, and 2 switches on a dash panel. Single gauge with dual needles. Works good. I find that 100 - 105 # of air is needed to bring the truck back to unloaded height. It rides solid and smooth.....and very definitely a truck. I don't want no soft Cadillac ride with a rig this heavy. Then, too, swing into a curve, or change lanes too fast and this or anything else will sway - the top of the a/c is 12 ft. off the ground - but I think it does a fine job.

I have 1 airline for each bag. I let the air out untill the springs compressed and that took care of most of the rocking but now I have only 25 lbs of air in the bags and the rear end is 2 " lower than the front. Cant stand the look of always going uphill so I will air the bags back up and install shocks and a sway bar when I can and hope that takes care of it.

BIGLER-- How did you attach the nylon blocks to your springs?? My bottom spring does not have any holes in them.

The bottom springs (overloads ??) have rubber snubbers set into the ends. I pulled those snubbers out and used the holes for my bolts. If you don't have the snubbers, I don't know what you'd do. Maybe a carbide drill bit ?? I've bought those from McMaster Carr to drill cast iron, etc. Does anyone know if they'll cut spring steel ??

acrojet: Status: superspring, Hellwig sway bar, Bilisten shocks.

Rides / drives pretty good ( 3K TC ), Needs just a little more load capacity , Ride is very good not to much Roll, no sway ( cranking the Steering wheel back and forth). I do notice a "
Wallow" , when a rear wheel drops into a low spot, I think this is
the nature of the Dodge 4x4 ( long springs in front )
Also, I think that the Dodge 4x4 may be difficult to get level and
keep the roll/sway to a minimum.

Going to try a long trip to see how it rides,
Also looking at the 'Biglar' fix....

On a trip to B.C., Canada, a couple of years ago, I lost one of the spring blocks on a rough back road. Stopped at a loggers saw shop in Burns Lake and bought a tapered plastic timber fallers wedge. I has just the right taper, and has been in there for 1,000's of miles now. A little spendy, but.....??
