actually, you can use teh "press and seal" plastic wrap pressed tight across the nose, at least according to a guy who works at the local trailer shop...
havent tried it yet myself, seems like a PITA...

I used a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to get the stubborn bug stains off the front of my toyhauler. Worked great, looks like new again. Mine is fiberglass outside, I don't know how well this will work on the aluminum sided campers.
