I need a little help from you people. I am in the process of a rebuild of my truck and the box is not going to be used. I am going to flat deck the truck. Now from Reese they do not list a under box mount for the Signature Series Fifth Wheel hitches.

Would it be possible for someone with a Second Gen and Third Gen to measure from outside frame rail to outside frame rail above the rear axle for me? I would also need to know if the frame runs parallel or not in this spot.

I place the 2008 model here for you since this is what I have. But you can change the year to what ever year you want and get information on that year. At least as far back as 2006 and as far forward as 2010, these are the years I have looked at so far.
