Pullrite Superglide trouble fixed

Wanted to let you guys know that I received extremely good service from Pullrite when I reported a vibration in my truck when pulling with my superglide. It was about 2 months old and sent pictures to Pullrite and got an immediate response from them. They shipped me an entirely new hitch. I installed the new one and shipped the old one back to them today. GREAT SERVICE.

Photo shows center piece that is main load carrying part of slider and you can see the rub marks on each side. It is obvious that innards were in a side twist. New one fixed the problem.

I hope I don't have any problems with my Pullrite but if I do I hope they care of me like that. Pullrite sure is the way to go.

can you guys tell me if you can lock the forward/aft and side/side pivoting features on these hitches?

i am looking at a 25,500 # pullright. Open to other suggestions...

Also curious about how these things are mounted? For this particular hitch I see a "Universal Kit" and a "Super Bracket" kit. I am not familiar with 5th wheels as I've never had one before. The universal kit looks like pretty chinsy L brackets (?)

You can't lock the pivot. I have had the 25.5K in mine for two seasons and I tow frequently. It has been a very good hitch. Get the Super Bracket Kit. It fits the frame perfectly.

How much pivot does it have, do you know? I am just concerned that this is not the point of a 5th wheel. I will not be using it for a travel trailer but a 3 car hauler.

Where did you get yours?

I remember seeing it somewhere recently for about $750 with free shipping. Can't remember where now

If you can get any of the pullrite hitches for that price, buy several. You could sell them for a good profit on ebay.

I got mine in Santee for $2100.00 installed with the supper rails, in bed 7 pin and the prodigy controler.

Got the price here again

$1,112.87 for the hitch shipped with super brackets. $776 was the price with no brackets. those must be some brackets.

Anyone know just how much side to side play there is. I am looking for something for light commercial use.

Trailer weight will be max of 19,000. A 25,500 GVW hitch is rated for the trailer weight, right?

Is Pullrite "the best" ?
