O/D off or on?

I just bought a 97 Dodge CTD 4x4 xcab with 4.10's adnn 265's becuase I plan to run my slide in camper while pulling my Jeep on a trailer. The truck is an auto and 100% stock - should I be towing with OD or press the button to turn OD off?

With a stock 97 with 4.10's you have to tow in OD or you will be running down the road at about 60 all the time. It's OK uless the tranny starts "hunting" for gears

I have a slide in camper also and pull a trailer loaded with quads and dirts bikes. I pretty much always use the o/d when I can. While climbing hills and such and the RPM's drop low enough I turn it off. I really don't even wait for the tranny to start hunting around; why create un-neccassary heat.
