Morryde vs TrailAir Pin Box-5th wheel
Thank everyone and "FiverBob" for their replies on this pinbox issue!!
After reading all the comments, I'm leaning more towards the Morryde Rubber Pinbox. The Morryde seems to handle mainly the for and aft movements. And that is where my problem (i.e jurking, chucking) is. I do not have any problems with the "up and down" bouncing- The truck does a good job of taking care of this. Plus the Morryde cost less $$ than the Trailair.
Now-- How much does the Rubber Pinbox weigh? East to install? My pinbox is a Leland 7910- if I buy another 5th wheel with a different brand/type box- can this one be modified to fit it?
Hopefull this will add up to some smooth pulling this year!!

The pin box is probably just a tad more weight than the original. The box is designed specifically for your setup. The only way to transfer it is to have the same box on the new one (that I know of). Easy to install - - six bolts, drop out the old, in with the new. Just heavy - - two man job.
