Different price for every ten miles up to 250 miles then price is flat. 50 mile minimum. On a sliding scale based off the old rail road commission chart, plus a 20% fuel surcharge.

Don't know the exact numbers at the moment, but we had two rates one for with a trailer or one without. I know that our vacuum truck company has a winch truck and float; if you would like I can see what they are charging. Also, I know that we charge a fuel surcharge on any trucking we do. Some hauls we give a straight quote and others we charge by the mile.
