Help determining a hitch

I bought my truck a couple years ago and up to this time I have not had a need for a fifth wheel hitch, but the time is coming that I will need to purchase one. The issue I am running into is there was already a hitch in the truck from the previous owner and I need to determine what brand it was. I got the truck from a dealer, so the hitch was removed prior to them getting the truck, so not a lot of help there.

Here is a link to a picture of the bed, the image is a bit horrible, but it give you a good idea of what it looks like.

The holes are 2.5" in diameter. There are 25 inches from the top hole to the bottom hole and then 23 inches from the left to the right. This measurement is from the furthest outsides of each circle hole.

Any idea of what kind of hitch this could be? Or a line to someone who may know?

Thanks folks!

If you don't get any answers here on the board, go to an RV/trailer sales business and ask them, especially the dealers that sell the big 5ers and horse and car trailers. They would probably have one in the dealership for sale. I got a nice 5th wheel hitch off Craigs List that matched the previous owners rails they used in mine, (the brackets were left bolted under the bed floor to the frame rails.) I got lucky and found the top part of the hitch and rails for the bed for $200 and it was an 18,000lb rated one that rocked both directions.

Thanks for the feedback guys. We have a pretty decent RV dealer down the road not too far. I will take it over there and see what they say.

Just put hitch in with Reese custom brackets. Kind of a pain by yourself. Another set of hands would help alot. Instructions are good, just make sure all bolts are there, had get more. Not in box. Good products, got a 15k roller rocker, you probably will need it. Good luck
