Today I plan to get them shower removed so that I can replace the plywood on the floor and roof at the back, plus the back corner of the wall. Then I plan on getting the back closed up again and then starting on the front which needs minor repairs.

I talked to an rv store and they told me it would cost about 2500 bucks to have the rubber roof replaced. So I am trying to come up with other options. I was thinking about having white rhino liner sprayed on top of the plywood roof about a 1/4 inch thick. It should last a long time and be waterproof. What do you guys think about that idea? Thanks

Just buy the material and DIY. Any good quality commercial roofing membrane will work and you can get it in white.
