fifth wheel hitch recommendation

fifth wheel hitch recommendation

So in preparation for this mammoth fifth wheel I have my eye on....what's the hot set up for a hitch? Trailer will be 40 foot triple axel triple slide toy hauler. Truck is long bed dodge. I need to be able to easily pull the hitch out so I have the use of my bed for other things. Suggestions?

I'm very happy with the B&W turn over ball with the Companion 5th wheel hitch. It attaches in the hole for the goose neck ball, and it is nice that there are no rails in the bed when removed.

It pivots 4 ways (a must I my mind), and it is easy to visually confirm the jaws are around the groove of the King pin.

^^^^^^This. B&W Companion, love mine. Super easy to take out, heavy, but easy. The articulating portion makes towing a dream.
