When i went from 215s to 235s on my 97, i picked up two rims off of a 2000 (more offset). I just don't remember if i ran them on the inside or the outside, but it gave the space between the tires that i needed.

I run 255's on my 2002 cab and chassis with no problems of clearence even when loaded
