Do I need airbags???
I am putting an old 1969 10.5" camper on my truck. I don't know what the weight is on the camper, but I am sure it is kinda heavy. Do I need airbags? the truck has a rear swaybar.
Thanks

Have you tried it yet? Those old campers with bathrooms or closets at the back are often a tight fit, or won't fit. I had to modify my old 12ft Bronco camper to fit and my 10.5 Skylark had to sit a bit crooked in the box for it to work.
The newer trucks(mid 90s and up) have a tapered box and are narrower at the back than the older trucks.
To answer your question are you putting it on your 3500? If so I doubt you'll need airbags. I had a 12ft Bronco on mine AND towed a 7000# trailer and didn't need airbags. My old '92 3/4 ton did though.
Once its on it will be obvious if it needs airbags or not.

By the numbers, I am at my max weight, with a 10.5' camper in my dually. Yes, I needed airbags. Before I figured out how much air I needed, I was hitting the bump stops. I found that ~60psi is the best for levelling.
I highly recommend them.
