Custom Auxillary fuel tank

Has anyone with a megacab had a custom auxillary fuel tank made? If so, who did you use and what total gallons were you able to get?

Aux. fuel tank

Waam here, I had mine made in Ind. A shop on the corner of Hwy. 36 and US 41. They made Alum. trailers and some tanks. Mine is 6 in. wide by 48 in. long by about 18 in's high. Holds 25 gals, Its made of Diamond plate alum. Cost me 400 bucks and I did all the plumping myself, with the help of Fiver Bob, who lives in Fla, some times, I got some idea's from him on this fourm. Believe me they are well worth it. We travel a lot and don't always stay on the interstate and thats when the extra tank comes in handy. My tank stands up on edge in the front of the truck box, that way I can still use most of my truck box. Diesel fuel is running from 2.50 to 2.59 around here. waam Holland, Mich.
