Converter and EB switch placment

Right now the converter switch is on the right side down at the bottom of the dash and the EB switch is a little higher and to the right of that. I don't like having to leanforward and hunt around or look down for the switches (theres a few other switchs in the area too). I want to move them to someplace I can reach easy with out taking my eyes off the road. So I was wondering where you guys had put them, right now I'm kind of looking at the top of the steering colume but not thrilled with reaching through the wheel to reach them, I was also thinking about mounting them piggy back on the shifter but I would have to custom make something for that, just looking for options
TIA
