the one I'm buying from a friend is a 96 w/1 slide and is 25 ft long. it appears to be a totally sealed under belly and has gas heat w/ floor vents (hope thats a good thing) and roof air.

I'm towing it up to central NY for work and the temps seem to be as low as -5*F. any hints would be appreciated where I can make plans to modify if need be.
