Any problems with sway while towing???

A rear anti-roll bar on the truck is a good idea, IMO. I miss it on mine (will get one).

Second order is to properly set up the weight distribution hitch. Need numbers, all of them, from a scale: truck empty/truck loaded; trailer empty/trailer loaded; since, without axle weights there is no way to verify proper weight distribution.

I went with a Hensley Arrow on mine. A nice bit of overkill. But, then, once is all it takes.

The kicker is that I can slam change lanes, back and forth, all day at 55 mph; throttle on. Can you? That was the decisive edge I wanted. Cheap, at less than 10% of what I paid for both truck and trailer combined.

Otherwise, a REESE Strait Line "Dual Cam". (The EQUALIZER is not nearly as good).

The numbers are the basis for proper hitching.

2/3 of the tongue weight "forward" onto TV (divided equally on both steer and drive axles) and 1/3 "backward" onto trailer axle[s]; again, equally divided. Front and rear of TV should squat equally, as should trailer. Otherwise, hitch adjustments (and/or load) are needed.

IMO,the trailers too big for the truck,the only way around it with a SRW truck is 3P hitch from Sean.Otherwise you need a dually to tow that comfortably.The Dodge is not going to be any better than the Chevy was,in my experiences,my srw GM tows my sunny 3310 better as far as sway than my srw Cummins does,so you may actually have more problems.I say go with a dually or pony up for a 3p hitch.
