Adjustable WDH still too high!!

The 'lean' is how you adjust the weight distribution. When properly loaded, you want nearly equal sag on the front and rear of the tow vehicle, and you want the bars parallel to the trailer tongue. It is not a height adjustment.

I'll have to see how it tows now. Judging by the pic in my gallery it looks pretty good. I did not have the bars hooked up when I took that picture though..

I towed pretty heavy once, and wes prolly a little over the load of the hitch the first time I used it. (too much tounge weight) My most recent and heaviest pull (24K), everything was dead on as far as loading the truck. It sat level, the trailer was level the bars were parallel to the tounge. First time I used it, with the parrallel setup it didnt seem to have enough help. going up to the next link in the chain make all kinds of nosies. However this was on the perfectly smooth roads of LA Prolly the worst highway to try to see how something handles I-5 going north.

Without the bars the truck sagged a lot more.
