7.5x16 trailer tires...235-85-16s???

7.5x16 trailer tires...235-85-16s???
bought a used trailer and it came with these size tires...does anybody know if these are the same size as 235-85-16's..cause i have a brandnew goodyear that i have layin around and id like to use it....

According to Tirerack both tires are 31.5 inches tall. its been a while since I looked at a 7.50x16 but I would guess they are very close in width also. if they appear to have the same width I would interchange them.
