235x85 michelin AT tires.
I have 4 brand new of these and they are rated E load capacity. I have measured them and they are approx 32inches high as actually mounted onto another truck. The 2500 1994 I just got arrived to me with 4 ,almost new,BF rugged trail 265s and they are rated ,I guess,C as they call for 44 PSI max. inflation..now since I might tow heavy with the dodge I am temted to put on the michelins. For sure I would be better at the level of max. loading capacity as they can take approx 3000 pounds each versus around 2600 with the BF...is there anything negative with this swap else than possibly an appearance factor that doesn't suit most out there? I am thinking specially about possible less desirable handling behaviour on the road?
thanks,Ron.

I'd put the E's on. If you're going to be towing heavy it's pretty much a must. Those C's won't like it under the heavy truck at all. As far as handling goes, the 235's I run have a bit more sidewall flex, they're a bit squishy around corners but they still do just fine. I get pretty decent milage with them, too. But the safety factor of the E rated tire far outweighs the handling effects.
