2001 Dutchmen 35BH-H5 5th wheel
2001 Dutchmen 35BH-H5 5th wheel
With all the discussion of weight, I'm concerned about the weight numbers for a 2001 Dutchmen 35BH-H5. It is listed as an excellent-shape used, but there are no specs. listed and it may just be too heavy for me. :-[ Thoughts?

Doug,
A 35 footer may be too much for a 3/4 ton. Check the kitchen cabinet doors. One will have a sticker with the empty weights. Remember to add for the options, propane, water etc. as that weight is usually a dry weight.
You will probably find that the pin weight is what will get you first. I'm about 3-400 over GVW with my trailer fully loaded. Granted Newmars are heavy, but its a 30 footer.
