Anyone know if the "03 B&W is exactly the same as the "06" The current B&W model #1306 fits this range. But the one I have is the replaced model # 1303R. What I am doing is trading up to an "06" 3500 SRW LWB Larame will the one on my "03" fit and are all the parts there? I looked at the instalition manual for the "06" and it appears to be a tad different...no L bolts that hook the side of the frame. Any help would be appricated. I'm trying to decide if it is worth swaping or just install a new one!

There may be a conversion kit available with update attachment anchors to the frame. You will have to enquire at a hitch supplier for the parts you need to determine if they are available.

I was looking for a very stong gn hitch that would not clutter up the truck bed and was convenient to use. By chance I selected the Una-Goose website after typing gooseneck hitches into Google. I compared Una-Goose with all the other hitches available and determined Una-Goose was more sturdy and exactly what I needed for farm or highway use of my towing and towed equipment. My new Una-Goose was shipped on 01/27/06 and it should be here by the first week of next month, so I can install the hitch while my truck is stored for the winter in my shop.

The B&W will swap from the 03 to the 06.

I haven't installed a 1306 yet, so I don't know if that hitch will fit all trucks, but it is labeled for just the MegaCab trucks. Guess I'll find out soon enough.
