"Trucks near me" section (split off "Thinking about buying a 1st gen")
Find a truck from the western states. 2WD,4WD,Duelly? Dave AKA wannadiesel and I were talking about this the other day. Starting a 1st GEN part of the forum of 1st GEN trucks and parts for sale.

Like a section where if you find a good 4x4 first gen on craigslist but its NOT yours, You post it.
Or your on ebay and you see a grille for a 91-93 but you dont know whos it is, Post it on here in the new section

I think he is saying a place to post findings from craigslist and such where we find parts and trucks. He should prob start a new thread in suggestions rather than using this thread though.

The thought is not an Ebay or Craigslist. Its just local finds from members in their area that are for sale with NO links to Ebay or Craigslist..1stGEN,2nd gen. Found two roll over 2nd gen within 6 miles of me. And several 1st gen just sitting. Engine's, drivetrains. A NP205 for $50.00....I don't think anyone is being out of line here. Just a thought of helping other members out with no one allowed to do any "DEALING" unless they pay DTR to do so....Just a thought Men...

so the idea is lets say i found dodge for sale couple miles from my place but couldnt afford it and wanted to see it go to good use i'd post it in this section you want to make? just trying to help out other guys that may be looking for that part and we found out it was a good deal? we'd get the info and post it all that sort of stuff?
sorry for the long explanation im just trying to figure it out. if thats what it is i think it would be a great idea! theres hardly anyone in cali with first gens let alone a rust free one if i found deals elsewhere i would consider them.

There are already online flea markets, example ebay and craigslist.

i do agree with lary. with a section like this it may start making the classifieds more hectic. i have found lots of deals here in the classifieds already! i think the idea could go either way... good or bad
