I can't seem to find any site guidelines, I'm sure they are around, can you point me in the right direction?

Curious if you allow direct retailer solicitation? seems to go on quite abit.

Solicitation is allowed only for paid advertising vendors and only within established guidelines. NO solicitation is allowed by Private message except when replying to a request for information by a member, who initiates the exchange.

click on DTR Privacy Policy,
the guidlines everyone agreed to when they signed up are towards the bottom of that page.
