I am sorry as I am sure this is the wrong place to ask this, but i keep reading threads that say &quot in them. What does this mean, I am really confused. Thanks if anyone can clear this up.

I bet you're looking at older threads.

That looks like formatting code left over from the old forum software,
along with <br> and missing pictures.

Yeah, that and the "br" can get really distracting when reading old threads.
