That's all I can say about the customer service from Dakota Digital and Edge Products. I sent my FP sender to Dakota cause it shorted out. I included a letter stating what had happened. They called me today when they got it and said they would ship me a new one out today. No questions asked. They didn't try to fix it or nothing. A brand new one. Then Edge called and said the same thing. I asked him what was wrong and he said "I haven't even hooked it up. But I'm going to ship you out a brand new one to get you set up." I was shocked. I've never seen such great customer service. I would highly recommend any of these products to any one. When both products started to malfunction, I called them both I'll bet 50 times. Each time they told me to try something different. They did everything they could to try and help me. When nothing would work, they said send it to them and they will look at it. I just thought I'd let yall know about the service that I received from these two companies.
